Use details intended for the audience. A work email may be appropriate for a business card, while a personal phone number may not be.
Keep the payload short
Every field adds data to the QR. A dense code needs a larger or cleaner printed area. Include information that is useful rather than filling every possible field.
Check the imported contact
Scanner apps may map vCard fields differently. Test the downloaded code on the devices you expect and confirm the name, telephone, email and website before printing a batch.
